Stopped in to have an exhaust flex pipe fixed on my 2004 Audi A4.
Left my car and they called to inform me of the estimate - told them to go ahead - vehicle was ready when they said. Car required custom piping and welding. All repairs were carried out and new pipes, resonators installed. Cost was probably half of what an Audi dealer would have charged. Excellent service by Ken and his team. Thanks again.
My clutch was slipping as my car was sitting for 3-4 months in my driveway. Took it to there shop and was told I have to replace clutch kit, release bearing, fly wheel, and slave cylinder. They priced me $850 for labour $40 for transmission fluid, and $2000 for parts and said cash only.
They also said I need a rear wheel bearing assembly (said $400) and all brake rotors (another $800) needed replacement.
I took my car to another shop and he charge me $200 and said I need slave cylinder
Went in for muffler repair. Very reasonable rates and quick service
Went back for AC check up and got great service as well.
So glad to have found these guys.

Fabulous job!! These guys are great. Brought our 2005 MDX in on a moments notice and they were very accommodating. You get a walk-through inspection with the owner on the spot and only the necessary items are identified. There is no up selling which is a refreshing change from the big chains. I brought in a Roush axle-back exhaust to be installed on my 2017 Mustang. The left side exhaust did not fit correctly and Ken (the owner) put in the extra effort to get it to align 100%. I was very please with his knowledge, service and price. I would recommend this shop.
I went in for a mid resonator delete and the guys were very helpful and friendly. They gave me a free estimate and a reasonable price with excellent quality of work. He went through the process and showed me how it’ll work and I took his word for it and I was more than happy with the work he’s done. When it comes to exhaust, you need to go here.
I found The Muffler Guy in Newmarket through a google search. Brought my 2008 Honda Pilot for what was diagnosed as a "exhaust flex joint" rattle.
Within minutes of inspection Ken, the owner, came out and informed me it wasn't the exhaust at all, but a loose heat shield. Two clamps later the rattle was gone!
Despite a less than welcoming foyer, the Personal service, appointment promptness, and work done properly is why you need to go here.
I don't know what Mike L is talking about... I've used Muffler Guy as my main mechanic for many years. These guys are knowledgeable, honest, fast, and have the best prices around.
They know their job very well as some of the repairs I needed were not simple at all, and their prices are always very reasonable. They are hard workers and VERY honest people. I will always use their service for future repairs on our cars.
