Blue Line quickly established itself as a leader, consolidating other fleets to have the critical mass to operate more efficiently. Today, it is the dominant fleet in the Capital city with over 540 full-time taxicabs. Small fleet sizes translates to longer customer waiting time, and more empty “dead-heading”. We offer both personal accounts and corporate accounts. Customers are sent booklets of taxi chits bearing their account number. Chits are filled out and given to the taxi driver as payment. Drivers in turn submit their chits to us to be paid. We invoice the account holder (company or individual) once a month with a detailed statement of all trips taken.     Had precooked a taxi the night before for a pick up early in the morning for Ottawa Airport. Blue Line taxi B518 was sent but never showed up. Phone call to Blue Line for assistance, no help at all - always said taxi is coming. Tried to track the taxi. Worried that we might miss our flight, I phoned another taxi company but was told Blueline Taxi services the airport. Phoned Blueline Taxi again and ordered for another cab, within 2 mins it arrived. Cab B518 no show then sends text I’ve arrived.

    I had a fantastic driver and speedy follow up service. I forgot to grab my receipt from my driver and the company emailed me back within moments when I asked for a digital copy of the receipt. Amazing service, would use again.

    I have to admit I normally don’t use blue line, because of an incident that happened 15 years ago, however Today I attempted to use a blue line cab, my parcel however was Too big for his cab. I needed a van, to take me home. The driver, cab number 3001, got me a van cab, that was with capital., Very impressed with his customer service.
