Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. He very quickly responded, quite enthusiastically might I add, to my request for an estimate, which he provided free of charge. He came and measured, discussed with me and my wife what we wanted then provided an estimate for the work that was competitive price-wise to other contractors we had contacted previously.
