I noticed the woofer walkers are in today's Richmond newspaper talking about the new gps technology they now using to walk dogs and this is the company I been using for about two and a half years now. it's time I wrote them a great review too. my wife and I work full time. we hired them because our dog Eddy was barking while we are at work. we hired them to take eddy out. My 2 dogs have been groomed by either Heather or her grooming staff for 9 - 10 years now. Wonderful job, and dogs know what to expect when being groomed, as time is taken not to stress them out, just to get work done. Thank you for your patience and caring with my dogs. They have also attended daycare for almost the past 8 years since Heather's Place has opened in 2006. They are well cared for, taken out to do their business in the fenced back yard, and when it is sunny out, have a wonderful day sun tanning, and playing in the pools... Relaxing waiting for my return. Large and small breed dogs are separated. Best staff to dog ratio in the city, so you dog is being watched while they play, so as not to get over stimulated, and learn good dog manners from the more senior dogs. I was so surprised after my visit to this store. I have informed myself and read endless of information about petstores and getting a puppy. We were in search of a hypoallergenic one, good with kids and small breed. We meet a few puppies but I feel in love here. The staff were so nice, welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, humble. I wasn't intimidated like I have been in the past with other breeders and rescue places. They let us take the dogs outside, play with them and spend as much time as we needed. They answered all of our questions and more!!! Unfortunately, I am heart broken because my hubby had an allergic reaction and we won't be able to get a dog at all. We tried almost all the "hypoallergenic breeds (Labradoodles, poodles, yorkie, havenese)" and no luck. If something ever changes and with some miracle he is better with dogs I will come back and get my dream dog here!!! Thank you!!! Read more
