Ordered a few weeks ago got the perfect cooked fish & chips, sometimes the fries aren't cooked enough & the fish is over cooked, Julie was the one who cooked it I called to let her know cause she deserved to know she did an amazing job so in saying that I ordered yesterday (Sept. 20) I told them how good Julie did so please make the fish & fries crispy so the fish was overlooked and the fries not enough! Still good food and you get lots but was a little disappointed.

I have lived in Welland for over 30 years and have never eaten here until they mentioned "Buffalo Chicken Burger" on their advertising sign out front. So we decided to stop in and try it, I must say, it is a great burger and possibly the best in the entire Niagara Region, it is reasonably priced with perfect golden fries but no one else makes a Buffalo Chicken Burger like Cheers does. Vicky ran this business with her husband forever.
Has 2 beautiful successful twin boys.
Marriage issues caused a divorce and Vicky has held onto this restaurant, and works very hard at making this beef and pork only establishment and success.
She does a great lunchtime business, but I have always been a night time customer. every Thurs Night every week for a long long time.
The meal is Excellent and prices very reasonable.
Its is a simple establishment, its either pork or beef with fires, straight cut or curly.
If you have never been you are missing out on one of the BEST beef dinners you will ever taste. She comes in early and cooks her meat on a spit in the building, behind a glass enclosure.
She is obviously doing well as she takes holidays to Europe often. To visit grandchildren..
How do I know All this. I've been a customer probably 20 years and have a very good repoire with her and staff.
Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
Service is a thing that customers control, if your polite and courteous you will get the same in return.
If you are "obnoxious" guess what happens.

I do not regularly eat at this one. I prefer the one on Cliifton Hill in Niagara Falls. I went here for a date with my boyfriend. I was seated rather quickly and drinks were delivered quickly. I ordered their pepper pizza. Waited about 25 minutes and then got our food. It had less toppings as the picture on the menu.
The atmosphere was fine. The waitress staff were adequate.
But overall I prefer the Clifton Hill Boston Pizza. The waitress staff seem a lot happier. And the food LOOKS LIKE THE MENU PICTURES. There is quality in the food at other restaurants, not this one as much.

My recent visit to this Kelseys was one of the best I have ever had- despite the fact I did not enjoy my meal! I ordered the thai shrimp curry bowl and the sauce and noodles werent what I expected. After eating the shrimp & veg the manager noticed I wasnt satisfied & offered to replace the meal, when I told him I was no longer hungry he comped the entire thing! Went for their second night of opening. loved the menu selection. You could order different sizes of appetizers and meals. Had the Crab cakes and Black cod, my husband had the mushroom soup and steak, the food was flawless, the service was quick and attentive. Wine list was a little short but Owners state this is just the opening list more will be added. St Catharine's is lucky to have such a wonderful new restaruant. Come all foodies!

I like this place alot! ever since my first time i've returned a couple more times. The service was good except for one time it took a little bit longer to get waited on! but no big deal they are busy and the waiter was young!
I've always had a great meal, such as the Perogies or their Gyro with Greek salad! when you ask for tea you dont just get a cup, they give you a medium sized china teapot that allows you to have atleast 3 cups of tea! its great for sharing! The place is always full which is a good sign to me!
