We had a flat on our travel trailer on an extremely busy single lane highway and within 40 minutes of calling Good Sam’s, our hero arrived in a wee black Honda Civic and got the tire off, removed the spare for us and replaced it, made sure the tire pressure was good, explained to my friend over the phone, who speaks better French than me, what had happened and where to get the tire replaced. All this in 25 minutes or less and ON A BUSY HIGHWAY! Merci beaucoup mon hero!!!!

Ce qui m'a impressionné dans cette entreprise c'est qu'elle accueille des gens diplômés et forme d'autres qui n'ont pas eu la chance subir une formation. Donc nous pouvons dire que c'est une entreprise et en même temps une école de formation.
