Went in asking for a trim. I stated I was currently growing out my hair. My hair had been growing out FOR A YEAR, past shoulder length. I left with no length cut off the back of my head whatsoever, with extremely short short short layers, making my hair resemble a mullet. Never going back, not even if I need an emergency cut. I went to another hair dresser the next day and the longest style she could do for me to keep any length I had left was a bob, barely past my ears, 8 inch gone
